Orbital TMS' 2007 User Conference was held September 16-18 in the waterfront setting of Baltimore, Maryland's Inner Harbor. Orbital welcomed its customers Sunday evening with a reception held at the National Aquarium, followed by two days of sessions, a tour of the Maryland Transit Administration's Operations Control Center, and a dinner cruise in the Baltimore harbor. The conference proved to be both productive and useful for the ninety attendees that participated. The workshop also provided the unique opportunity for participants to share experiences and network with other people from over twenty-five public transit agencies. Orbital is already working on plans for the 2008 User Conference. We welcome any suggestions or comments that will enable us to better plan and execute future workshops to best meet your needs.
